Refunds & Cancellation Policy

All Still Good offers a no-card Pro promotion and month-to-month paid plans. Promotional access never charges automatically; paid subscribers can cancel anytime and keep access through the period they paid for.

Try before you pay

Eligible accounts receive 30 days of Pro access after signup or email verification — no card or checkout required. It is not a paid subscription, does not renew, and cannot create an automatic charge. When it expires, your account returns to Free unless you voluntarily subscribe; your app and scan history remain. Because no payment is taken for promotional access, there is no promotional charge to refund.

How billing works

Paid plans (Pro and Business) are monthly subscriptions billed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, receipts, and applicable taxes. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime from your billing settings inside All Still Good, or through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
  • When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for — you keep monitoring until then.
  • After the period ends, the subscription stops renewing and your account returns to the free tier. We don't delete your project history when you cancel.

Upgrades & downgrades

You can switch between Pro and Business at any time. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated — Lemon Squeezy adjusts your next invoice for the unused portion of your current plan, so you only pay the difference.

Refunds

  • Because every account can run the free baseline scan first, we generally do not refund subscription periods that have already been used.
  • As a goodwill policy, if you're unhappy you can request a refund within 14 days of a charge and we'll review it in good faith.
  • If you were charged in error, double-charged, or charged after a cancellation that didn't take effect, contact us and we'll make it right.
  • Nothing here limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

What we don't refund

So there are no surprises, here are the cases where we would normally say no. If your situation is close to the line, ask anyway — we read every request.

  • A subscription period you already used. If the watch ran on your project for the month, that month was delivered, even if no findings came up. A quiet month is the product working, not a failure to deliver.
  • Unused monitoring time. We don't pro-rate the rest of a month when you cancel mid-period — instead you keep full access until the period ends. Forgetting to cancel before a renewal isn't automatically a refund, though a renewal you clearly never used is worth asking about.
  • Losses that happened outside the service. All Still Good is a monitoring aid, not insurance and not a guarantee that your app is secure. We can't refund or compensate for a breach, data loss, downtime, lost customers, or remediation costs — including an issue we didn't detect, flagged late, or flagged as a false positive. The disclaimers and liability limits in our Terms of Service govern here.
  • Charges from a plan you chose but didn't get around to configuring. If you're stuck setting a project up, email us — we'd rather help you use it than take money for a plan sitting idle.

How to request a refund or get help

Email support@allstillgood.com with the email on your account and roughly when the charge happened. A real person reads it.

If we approve a refund, it is issued by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method — we can’t send it anywhere else. Once it’s approved, the money usually lands in about 5–10 business days, though the exact timing is out of our hands: it depends on Lemon Squeezy’s processing and on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. If it has been longer than that, tell us and we’ll chase it with Lemon Squeezy on your behalf.
